COVID-19 UPDATE

All orders placed after the 14th March 2020 are on hold. Customers can continue to place orders on-line and these orders will be held and dispatched when normal business is resumed.

Delivery Schedule

Delivery of orders will normally be made within 28 working days.

However, goods are subject to availability and delays can occur which unfortunately are outside of our control. We will do our utmost to notify you if our suppliers or we are temporarily out of stock, or if the items you have ordered are no longer available.

We will always try to offer alternatives for discontinued items and for delays of more than 28 days. If the alternative or delay is not acceptable then we will offer you the right to cancel the order and received a full refund of points.

Any dates specified for the delivery of goods are approximate only We shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods.

Delivery Time

Orders will be delivered by one of our couriers between 8.00am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays.

Some carriers may deliver slightly earlier or later, especially during peak periods such as Christmas.

We may send products out from multiple locations, but if they arrive separately you won't incur additional delivery charges as a result.

Please note we are unable to deliver to a communal postal address or PO Box.

Order Tracking/Proof of Delivery

As all orders are despatched using trackable services we are able to provide you with delivery information and, if necessary, supply proof of delivery signatures.

Signature Responsibility

To receive your order, our couriers will require you to sign for the goods.

Please note that when you sign for the parcel you are signing for the consignment "received in good condition". If you are unable to check the contents of the package at that moment in time, please sign for the parcel as "unchecked". Failure to do so may affect any warranty claims that you make thereafter. It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier's delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be noted on the consignment note and it will be your responsibility to notify us within 24 hours from delivery of any discrepancy.

It is also your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 24 hours from delivery. We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 10 days from the receipt of shipping confirmation.

As soon as we have delivered the goods to your door you will be responsible for them. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order and goods will not be left without a signature. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk. Any transit damage to the goods, shortage or incorrect goods supplied must be noted when signed for and needs to added as “goods damaged “on the delivery consignment note at the time of delivery.
