How to use our website...

This information is designed to help you through your first few visits to the UFS Chef Rewards website.

1. Browsing Our Products

Browsing our products is very simple. We have outlined a few categories beneath the UFS Chef Rewards logo of the website. Clicking on a category name will display relevant sub-categories for you to choose. These appear as a menu to the left of the screen; simply select the sub-category you would like to view.


2. Searching for Products

You may prefer to search by directly typing in a keyword. You will notice a search box in the top-tool bar of our website.

To carry out a search, simply type your keyword(s) into this box and click the search icon. A search will now be carried out.

Any products that are found from our catalogue will now be displayed for you to browse.

3. Viewing Product Information

If you would like to view further information on one of our products, simply click on either the image or product name of the desired product.

You will now see a larger (or secondary) image of the product, the points value of the product, a quantity selection menu and ‘Add to Basket’ button.

Underneath the product image is the product description, which details all the information available for that product.

There may be varying amounts of detail for each product - depending on the type of product you are viewing e.g. technology products will have far more information than some kitchen equipment products.

You will be able to select the quantity of items you require and add the product to your basket.


4. Adding Products to Your Basket

Once you have decided that you would like to order one of our products you will need to add the product to your shop basket.

Simply click the ‘Add to Basket’ button and you will instantly see that details have been amended in your 'Shop Basket' at the top right-hand-side of the website. The number of points and number of items is displayed.

5. Shop Basket Overview

By clicking on the shop basket, you will see details of the product selected, quantities and points value of your selected products together with the total points of all products in your basket.

If you would like to remove a product from the shop basket, or increase the quantity required, then simply amend the quantity value field and click the ‘Update’ button or click the ‘Empty basket’ button to clear all items.

If you would like to proceed to our checkout and complete your purchase, then simply click the 'Checkout' link to proceed or click the ‘Continue shopping’ button to shop further.

6. Checkout Procedure

Checking your products out is an easy process. The first screen of the checkout process will display an overview of your current shopping basket.

Details of your delivery address and contact information will be displayed.

Please note that any communications relating to your order will be via the details provided here so please ensure it is correct.

If you are happy with all your information, click the 'Confirm Order' button to place the order.

Your order will be delivered to your business address only, if you need to make any changes to this address please contact the Customer Services Team as soon as possible on 0330 331 0790 (UK) or 353 (0) 1536 0926 (IRE) (Lines open 9am-5pm, Mon-Fri).

7. My Account

Each registered account has their own ‘My Account’ section. You can access your details by clicking the 'My Account' button on the top-tool bar.

The drop-down menu displays the following links.

Account Dashboard – Upon clicking the link, you will be taken to your “My Account” dashboard page which holds all your account details, order history, transaction history etc - further information on these options are displayed below.

Account Details – You may change your e-mail and telephone in Account Details, but you are unable to change the first and last name’s or shipping address. To do this please contact the Customer Services Team on 0330 331 0790 (UK) or 353 (0) 1536 0926 (IRE) (Lines open 9am-5pm, Mon-Fri).

Change Password – You may change your password here. You will receive an e-mail confirmation that this has been changed.

Wishlist – To add items that you want to be able to redeem in the future, go into the specific item and under the add to basket you can see a button to add to wish list. You can then see all items that are within your wish list by clicking on this link. You can either delete from here if you change your mind, or when you are ready you can add to your basket.

Order History – This link will show you the items you have redeemed by order data. If you click the view button to the right of each order you can see the specific product details.

Transaction History – This link will list all the Chef Rewards points you have earnt. It will detail the date that the points are applicable for, which wholesaler has provided them, the products that have earnt points, along with any points earnt by child accounts and via any campaigns.

Notifications – This link allows you to be in control of turning on or off notifications about our products and services, your orders and your account information.

You are advised to Log Out of your account each time you leave the website for your own security. To log out, simply click the 'Logout' link in the top toolbar.
