When will my points start to accrue?
Eligible customers start collecting Chef Rewards Points upon registration of their account. Points will not be back-dated to the start of the promotional period.
When will points be credited to my account?
Points will be awarded each month and will cover orders placed the previous month on receipt of sales data provided by your nominated wholesaler.
When can I start redeeming reward items?
At any time - redemption is not limited to a specific date
Can my rewards be delivered to my personal address?
No, points are allocated to participating trading entities, not to individuals. All deliveries of Chef Rewards items will be made to your work address specified when you registered your account. It’s up to you to ensure you have permission to collect and receive the rewards on behalf of your business.
Is delivery included or will I have to pay extra?
No, delivery charges are included within the promoted points value of each item
Can I purchase points?
No, this is not possible. Points are only credited based on purchases of promotional products. Chef Rewards Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
How do I query the points that have been allocated to my account?

Can I cancel my Chef Rewards item order?
You have the right to cancel your order but must do so no longer than 14 days after the day on which you receive your goods. Requests to cancel should be made via email to info@UFSChefRewards.com. This applies to all goods except for confectionery. Please see the Order & Returns section for full details.
What happens if I return my Unilever Food Solutions products?
If you return a featured promotional product to one of your nominated wholesalers the points value of the return will be deducted from your points balance.
Who do I contact if I haven’t received my reward item?
If you have not received your reward item within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please call the Customer Service Team on 0330 331 0790 (UK), 353 (0) 1536 0926 (IRE) (Lines open 10am-5pm Mon and 9am- 10am Tues - Fri) or email us here providing as much information as possible.
What happens if I’m unhappy with my reward item?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your reward item, but if the goods ordered are not to your satisfaction you can return them for an exchange or refund. It's important that any unwanted item, unless faulty, is returned in a re-saleable condition. We'd expect this to mean that you've kept all original packaging and labels, and that it's undamaged and unused. Please see our Order & Returns section for full details.
How can I return my rewards item?

Can I change a nominated wholesaler after I have joined?
Yes, you can replace or remove nominated wholesalers at any time via the Customer Service Team. Please note that the removed account will no longer be eligible to accrue Chef Rewards Points.
I have forgotten my username and/or password?
A confirmation email is sent to you on registering your details - this provides your user name and password. Your user name is your email address. You can reset your password via the password reset facility or call the Customer Service Team on 0330 331 0790 (UK), 353 (0) 1536 0926 (IRE) (Lines open 10am-5pm Mon and 9am-5pm Tues-Fri) or email us here.
I haven't received my points balance update?
Please check the email address registered to your account in the My Account section of the website. If the details are correct please contact the Customer Services Team who will be able to check this further.
Do the rewards items include VAT?
All items are exc. VAT. We accept no liability whatsoever in respect of payment of tax or National Insurance or for notification of the benefit earned to any tax authorities
